Pervez Musharraf arrestedJNN 18 Apr 2013 ISLAMABAD — Former Pakistani President Ex General Pervez Musharraf criticized allegations against him as “politically motivated” Friday, following his arrest in a case involving his decision to fire senior judges while in power.

Musharraf was arrested a day after he was denied Bail in a case on which he was on interim Bail, as no body from the Police force dared to arrest him ,while in court , on which the Judges of the Higher Judiciary , who are biased against him , on his Previous acts of suspending the Judiciary decisions when he was in Power , as he did all the decisions in the Best Interest of the Nation , But they forced the Administration to arrest him and to Prove him as a Criminal , to settle the score of their Personal grievances .

As the Same day , His Residence was declared Sub Jail and he was declared as arrested , and a heavy contingent of LEAs were deployed around his house in Islamabad Suburb.

It was Great Personality of Musharraf as he knowingly came back to Pakistan , Leaving the luxuries of Independence being away from Pakistan , but as he have a Pain for Pakistan , so decided to end his self imposed exile last month to attempt a political comeback in the upcoming parliamentary election, so can play his part to save the country from the detoriating condition Pakistan is facing ,in the presence of across the Board Political Leadership , who comes in Power systematically in turns to loot and Plunder the National wealth and resources ,

In respect of the Court Orders for his arrest Friday morning the former military ruler surrendered himself before the magistrate.

Local TV video showed Musharraf entering the court surrounded by a heavy security detachment of police and paramilitary soldiers.

The magistrate instructed police to keep Musharraf in their custody and present him before an anti-terrorism court, said one of his lawyers, Malik Qamar Afzal.

Police then returned Musharraf to his home on the outskirts of Islamabad, where he is being held under house arrest, said police officer Mohammed Rafique.

Musharraf was expected to appear before an anti-terrorism court in Islamabad on Friday afternoon, said a court official, speaking on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to talk to reporters.

“These allegations are politically motivated, and I will fight them in the trial court, where the truth will eventually prevail,” Musharraf said in a message posted on his Facebook page Friday after he was arrested.

Musharraf’s arrest ended an awkward situation in which the former military ruler was being protected by security forces for hours while he was in his house, but none of them made a move to detain him. They were likely awaiting orders from senior officials trying to figure out how to deal with the delicate situation.

Pakistan’s temporary caretaker government has been reluctant to wade into the controversy surrounding Musharraf since he returned last month, especially given his position as a former chief of the army, considered the most powerful institution in the country.

His return also presents complications for the current army chief, Gen. Ashfaq Parvez Kayani, who may have to decide whether to intervene to protect Musharraf, sparking a new conflict with the judiciary, or watch him be prosecuted. If Musharraf is sent to prison, it would be the first time an army chief has been put behind bars in the country’s 65-year history.

Musharraf seized control in a coup in 1999 and spent nearly a decade in power before being forced to step down in 2008. His departure from the Power was a Planned motivated Move in which foreign Powers heavily invested as he was a Rock hard to counter the Militancy and terrorism , and that was the reason the enemies of Pakistan heavily invested in his over throw, by initiating a Public campaign led by the Judiciary Chief sponsored by US .

But he has stood once again by coming back to Pakistan , Despite legal challenges and Taliban death threats, he returned last month after four years in London and Dubai.

His Critics and His Supporters are on a single line , that he is being victimized , to settle the Personal grudges of the Present Judiciary.  And the Foreign Powers feel they could loose their game of Instability and Dis Integration of Pakistan in his Presence .

So Now the Pakistani Nation has to decide that if they want Pakistan to Prosper , then they have to speak up for him and stand up to save their Home land where they enjoy all the benefits of Independence and Being the Most Potential Power center of the World.
