JNN 26 Sept 2013 Cairo : An Egyptian court on Monday banned the Salafi Muslim Brotherhood from carrying out any activities in the country and ordered the seizure of the group’s funds, widening a campaign to debilitate the Islamist movement of deposed President Mohamed Morsi.
“The court bans the activities of the Muslim Brotherhood organization and its non-governmental organization and all the activities that it participates in and any organization derived from it,” Reuters quoted the presiding judge Mohammed al-Sayed as saying.
The court ordered the government to seize the Brotherhood’s funds and administer its frozen assets.
The military-backed interim government has also arrested several Muslim Brotherhood leaders hours after the court issued the ruling, Press TV reported.
The government is waging the toughest crackdown in decades on the Salafi Islamist group, which says it has a million members. Security forces killed hundreds of its supporters and rounded up thousands more since Morsi was deposed by the army on July 3 after mass protests against his rule.
The Brotherhood won parliamentary and presidential elections after autocrat Hosni Mubarak was overthrown in 2011.
But it should also be noted that as the Salafi Islamist Muslim Brotherhood Supported Morsi came into power , the Salafi Muslim Brother Hood Members started to show their , real Color and as Shia Minortity of Egypt was already the deprived community , even under the Hosni Mubarak Reign , but as these Salafi’s thought they have come in absolute Majority , they torn of the Mask on their faces and came into real being and started Killing and terrorizing the Shia Community Members , and it was not very distant Past , when these same Salafi / Wahabi supporters of Muslim Brotherhood Killed the Muslim Cleric Hasan Shehata on 15th of Shaban , when they were busy in their Prayers , in a remote town , when Dozens of their supporters attacked and raided their house where they were praying , and celebrating the Birth of Our 12th and Present Imam Mehdi AJTF, and it was not all as their Dead Bodies were even dragged on the Streets , and the Government or the President Morsi , did not took any Notice of such horrible events , while even a condemnation of the event was not even issued by the Morsi Government .
While it was not all the Palestinian Branch of Muslim Brotherhood which was supported by Syria, Hezbollah and Iran , to show their solidarity with the deprived Palestinians , regardless of their Sect and their Beliefs , as Iran is the Flag bearer of Muslim Unity across the World , and it supported Not Only the Palestinian Cause , but even supported the Hamas , which have its Head Quarters based in Damascus , and in their Worst of times when the Hosni Mubarrak’s Regime , under the Pressure of US and Israel , completely Blockaded the Gaza , and the children and Patients were under dire need of Medicine and Food, Iran supported it on Political as well as Financially , but as the Muslim Brotherhood came into Power and at the same time when Syria was under the Pressure of terrorism , by the Saudi infested terrorists , The same Hamas the Branch of Muslim brotherhood left the Syrian camp , and Joined the Mother Party the Muslim Brotherhood of Egypt , and thought that as now their favorite and Mother Organization has come into Power and didn’t need any help and support from any body , so they even issued Statements against Syrian Government , and was on the Path of Sectarian Lines .
But as the Time and Tide waits for No body and The time once again changed and the Saudi Government invested Heavily and toppled the US favored Regime of Morsi with the Help of the Chief of Army General Sisi ,who in returned received atleast USD 12Billion in shape of Aid from Saudi and Persian Gulf States.
Now Once again the Muslim brotherhood is on the receiving end and Now even Hamas is in dire states Once again , and is trying to lure the Irani Government , to win their support and Aid to run the Government in the Poverty stricken Gaza Strip , who have always helped them in their hour of need.
Army chief Abdel Fattah al-Sisi’s toppling of Morsi triggered a political crisis in the Arab world’s most populous state, with the Brotherhood insisting that a military coup robbed them of power.
The court decision is likely to drive more Brotherhood members underground and it may encourage young Wahabi Islamists to take up arms against the state.
